Mid-term rentals in Lubbock, TX
Stay a month. Or three. Furnished Lubbock homes for traveling nurses, new jobs, renovations and everything in between. Utilities and Wi-Fi included.
What is a mid-term rental, and who is it for?
A mid-term rental is a furnished, month-to-month home. It's longer than a vacation stay and shorter than a 12-month lease, which would be a long-term rental. It's built for people who need a real home for a while without setting up Wi-Fi, utilities or hauling in all their furniture.
Who stays with us: traveling nurses and hospital staff, corporate teams setting up something new, crews of workers coming into town, and anyone between homes.
What's included: utilities, Wi-Fi and lawn care. Many of these homes have garages or fully fenced yards. We can schedule cleaning every month or every quarter, and we stay on top of maintenance like HVAC filters.
How rent works: rent is paid per month and due on the 1st. We don't do weekly or per-paycheck payments. We keep in touch with our tenants mostly by text.
House rules: no smoking, no parties and no subleasing. These homes are for people who simply need a great place to stay.
