You'll sleep well here, too. For girls-nights or family gatherings this home has two queen beds in one room with a large closet for storing suitcases and items. Across the hall, you will find a king bed master bedroom with a large walk-in closet which has been used for photography on multiple occasions.

You'll love the comfort of fantastic mattresses and high-thread-count sheets.

Both bedrooms share a bathroom with pink shower-tiles and one sink. For this reason we have provided a large full-body mirror in the bedrooms for guests to get ready while the bathroom is being used.

There's room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Guests will have full access to the home other than a small supply closet located right off the living room, and the garage, which will both remain locked. Other things to note Situated in a fantastic location near Texas Tech and restaurants, and occasionally work on their vehicles in the driveway.

I am available to meet in person, but prefer to communicate through the Airbnb App.

A few of the neighbors are "collectors." We have met and interacted with them multiple times and have had great experiences, very nice people.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: Park 1-3 cars in the driveway, please do not block the neighbors driveway
