Unwind on the plush queen-size bed and stream your favorites on the 65-inch HDTV, which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, and Roku. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up a quick meal or a morning coffee.

The dining table doubles as a dedicated workspace, and the modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower and is stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, and plush towels.

Located in the heart of the popular Tech Terrace neighborhood, you are just minutes from Texas Tech University and both major hospitals. You’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the area's best dining spots and vibrant nightlife, all just a short drive away.

Other than Uber, Lubbock transportation is poor. A car is recommended, although feel free to message us with your travel plans to see if it is necessary.

The driveway to the backhouse has parking on the side for a vehicle, and there is always free parking available on the street.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:

Bookings by locals are strictly not allowed and will be canceled immediately upon confirmation.

This house is not pet-friendly. You will have a small backyard to enjoy.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
