By using simplystay.co, you agree to these terms.

Using the site. You can browse and book stays for personal use. Please don't copy our photos or content, scrape the site or use it for anything illegal.

Bookings. Every booking is also covered by our Rental Agreement and the house rules on each listing. If anything in these terms conflicts with the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement wins.

Prices and availability. Rates and availability change often. A stay isn't confirmed until you get a confirmation email. If we make a pricing mistake, we'll reach out before your stay to fix it, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Photos and descriptions. We work hard to make every listing accurate. Furniture, decor and amenities may change a little between photo shoots.

Owner information. Revenue numbers and case studies on this site are real results from homes we manage. They aren't a promise of what any other home will earn.

Links. Our site links to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, SimplystayTX LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using this site.

Governing law. These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Lubbock County, Texas.
