How fast can my home be live?

Most homes go from signed paperwork to first booking in 7 to 10 days. We handle photos, listing setup and pricing.

When do I get paid?

Your payout and itemized statement land by the 10th of every month, with every expense and tax broken out.

Do I keep my Airbnb listing and reviews?

Yes. Your account, reviews and income history are 100% yours, always.

Do you handle my taxes?

No. City and state taxes are the owner's responsibility, and we don't register, pay, file or maintain them. We do itemize taxes on every monthly statement, and our Owner Guide lists the steps.

Do you do mid-term rentals?

Yes. Traveling nurses, relocations and insurance stays help fill the slow months and smooth out your income.

What areas do you manage?

Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas, plus Angel Fire, NM.

What does management cost?

A 20% management fee based on the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee and a $50 technology fee per listing. If your home sits empty, you don't pay a management fee. Repairs and supplies are billed to the home and itemized on your monthly statement.
