When it's time to rest, choose from two comfortable bedrooms:

The master suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom for ultimate convenience.

The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for catching up on emails.

For additional guests, one of the living room couches converts into a pull-out bed. Step outside to the private deck and large backyard, enclosed by a 7-foot fence for added privacy. Gather around the fire pit to enjoy the warm West Texas evenings.

You will have private access to the entire home and the large, fully-fenced yard. Please make yourself at home and enjoy this gorgeous and inviting space.

Our home is ideally located just 3 miles from Texas Tech University. You'll also be just minutes away from other key Lubbock attractions like the Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences.

The central location makes getting around a breeze. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the home and its contents with respect. While no one lives on-site, if any problems arise, please contact us immediately so we can take action as soon as possible.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both inside and outside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a non-refundable $175 fine.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. A $75 pet fee per pet applies. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
