This policy explains what information SimplystayTX LLC ("Simply Stay," "we," "us") collects when you visit simplystay.co or book a stay with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Booking details. Your name, email, phone number, billing address, number of guests, pets and trip dates.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by our booking and payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form, email, text or our booking platform.
- Website data. Pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you found us. We collect this with cookies (see below).
- Security cameras. Some homes have exterior cameras at entry points. They are always disclosed in the listing and are never inside a home.
How we use it
- To confirm, manage and support your stay.
- To send messages about your booking, like check-in details.
- To keep our homes and neighbors safe and to prevent fraud.
- To understand how people use our site and to show ads for our homes on other sites (only if you accept marketing cookies).
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the companies that help us run our business. That includes our property management system, our booking and payment processors, our website host, our cleaning and maintenance teams (first name and dates only) and our analytics and advertising partners. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies tell us which pages people use. Marketing cookies help us show you relevant ads on other sites. You can accept, decline or change these anytime using "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of every page. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. Email marisa@simplystay.co and we'll get back to you within 30 days.
Kids
Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
