The bright living room features comfortable sofas, a large bay window that fills the space with natural light, and a cozy reading nook perfect for unwinding. The home offers two well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable bedding and ample closet space to help you settle in and keep your space clutter-free.

Prepare meals in the large, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Gather in the spacious dining area, where bar-height tables and chairs are perfect for sharing a meal or catching up on work using the strong Wi-Fi connection.

For extra space to relax, you'll love the sunroom with its own sofa and a charming wood-burning stove. The large, fenced backyard offers a private, tranquil escape.

Guests will have full access to the home other than a few locked supply closets.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: Driveway parking available and off-street parking as needed.
