Everything was great! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was only a short drive to Texas Tech, which was perfect since we were moving our child into college. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Rented this home for move-in weekend. Rental is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was very easy and instructions were very clear. The house is very cozy and even nicer than it looks in the photos. All the rooms and restrooms were very clean and the house had a very pleasant smell. Beds were very comfortable and several towels and toiletries were available. The house had pretty much everything we needed, except for food seasonings, salt/pepper, sugar but it wasn’t an issue as several stores were close by. The house was 12 mins from Tech and 10 mins from HEB and close distance to several other stores and restaurants. We didn’t have any issues where we needed to reach out to the host, however for minor inquiries, the host was always responsive in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend this rental.

Her communication and friendliness were top tier, and she made the process feel seamless. The accommodations she provided us with were comfortable, well looked after, and the decor was lovely. The home had everything we needed, and the location made getting around simple during the whole stay. Overall we experienced unparalleled hospitality, everything matched the listing, and we would happily stay again.
