A massive retractable garage door opens the living area to your private patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, and a coffee maker, so you can feel right at home.

For entertainment, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong or try for a high score on the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game.

Head upstairs to the private bedroom, where you'll find a comfortable queen bed with soft, crisp sheets. In a playful and luxurious touch, the bathtub/shower is located right in the bedroom, inviting you to unwind in a truly unique setting. The home's only bathroom is en-suite to this bedroom.

Outside, the private fenced patio is perfect for enjoying fresh air or grilling on the BBQ. It's a safe space for your pets to roam and play.

All areas of this property are available for guest access with the exception of the outdoor balcony due to the lack of safety railing.

With the university so close, you can easily walk to campus. For driving, parking is available for 1-2 cars in the gravel driveway next to the fence.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Parking: You will have access to a two-car garage, and free street parking is also available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: located in the dirt driveway area next to the fence.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. A $75 pet fee per pet applies. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
