You're welcome to park in the driveway or on the street.

Please make sure that when parking on the street that you are facing the correct direction and on the correct side as there are several "no parking" areas.

We look forward to hosting you at Tranquil Terrace. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do require an electronic rental agreement to book this property so please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this property. Any violation of this rules will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. Service animals require proof of registration BEFORE booking.

The entire home is available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.

Tranquil Terrace is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood. Located within walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and one block from a bus stop, making this convenient to surrounding amenities.

Tranquil Terrace is located close to everything. Main roads University and 19th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located one block west on 32nd and Boston.

While having a car is recommended for optimal convenience in getting around, guests can also easily access transportation options such as Uber and Lyft during their stay.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
