The bedroom is calm, cozy and thoughtfully designed for rest. The memory foam queen bed features soft, crisp sheets and supportive pillows to help you sleep well after a long day exploring Lubbock.

The bathroom is clean, modern and equipped with fresh towels and toiletries.

While having a car is recommended for optimal convenience in getting around, guests can also easily access transportation options such as Uber and Lyft during their stay.

- Bookings by locals are strictly prohibited and will be canceled immediately upon confirmation.

- Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home (on the property) will result in a $150 fine.

- Driveway parking for one car is available and off-street parking is available as needed.

- Self-check-in is available.

- Pet Policy: No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
