The Rosie is a 1500 sq. ft. bungalow that includes many vintage furnishings and modern conveniences. The Rosie can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms (2 Kings and 1 Queen), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite to the Master with a shower, and 1 hall bath with a tub/shower combo). A pack-n-play crib and sheets are stored in the closet of the third bedroom.

Living & Entertainment Unwind in one of two distinct living areas. You can cozy up by the indoor fireplace in the den, spin some vinyl on the record player, or challenge your friends to a board game. Both living spaces feature Roku TVs, perfect for signing into your favorite streaming services.

Kitchen & Dining The fully-stocked kitchen, with its cheerful teal cabinets and wooden countertops, has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee with our Keurig (complimentary K-cups included) or the French Press. We also provide children's tableware and a high chair.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms Rest easy in our three stylish bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen), each equipped with room-darkening shades and plenty of extra blankets for a sweet sleep. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the hall bath offers a tub/shower combo and charming tile. For those traveling with little ones, a pack-n-play crib is available.

Outdoor Space & Amenities Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy the Texas sunshine in our outdoor living area. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use, with a few laundry pods provided. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, and keep comfortable year-round with a digital thermostat and a powerful mini-split AC/heat unit in the den.

Guests have access to the entire home. Outdoor storage closets, tornado shelter, and a few interior closets are locked.

Our home is perfectly situated for your Lubbock visit. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Texas Tech, Lubbock Christian University, Covenant Medical Center, and University Medical Center.

Street and covered parking available. Uber, Lyft and public transportation available.

For check out: you are required to take out your own trash and wash and put away any dishes you used during your stay. You can purchase and bring throw-away paper good/utensils if you don't want to have to wash dishes.
