Step inside and be greeted by a bit of Western style in the first of two living areas, featuring a striking green accent wall, a faux fireplace, and a TV. Walk through to the custom-designed kitchen and dining room, created with the boujee cowboy in mind. You'll find a stylish dining table for six, a Texas-shaped waffle maker, and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

The second living area offers a cozy space to relax with an exposed beam ceiling, a large sectional sofa, and another TV, with direct access to the backyard. Throughout the home, you can seamlessly connect with our high-speed 500mb WiFi.

When it's time to rest, the master suite beckons with a regal king bed, a dedicated desk, and an ensuite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower with fun 'Howdy Y'all' tile. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and floor fans to ensure your comfort.

Step outside to your private backyard, where you can enjoy al fresco meals using the outdoor patio and grill, or gather around the inviting fire-pit for warm evenings under the Texas sky.

Guests will have full access to the home other than a small cleaning supply closet between the living room and second bedroom.

Our home is situated in a fantastic location, just minutes from Texas Tech and a variety of restaurants. It's worth noting that this is a neighborhood in transition, where some older houses are being purchased and remodeled by investors. We want you to be aware of the area's character before you book.

Parking is convenient with space available in the paved driveway and on the street in front of the house. The Rattler is a short drive from many of Lubbock's key destinations:

Buddy Holly Hall: 8 minutes

UMC Hospital: 7 minutes

Covenant Hospital: 9 minutes

Cooks Garage: 12 minutes

Situated in a fantastic location near Texas Tech and restaurants, it's worth noting that some of the houses in the neighborhood are older, and are routinely being purchased by investors for remodeling.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: Park 1-3 cars in the driveway, please do not block the neighbors driveway

Pet Policy: No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
