Welcome to 'The Monarch,' your charming and modern 2-bedroom home in the heart of Lubbock! With a spacious, fully fenced backyard and a cozy interior, it’s the ideal retreat for families, friends, and professionals. Make this your comfortable home away from home during your visit.
Discover a space thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. As a single-level home, it offers easy accessibility for all guests. The living room invites you to relax on the large sectional sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and all the essentials you'll need. At the end of the day, sink into one of two plush queen beds for a restful night's sleep. The private backyard offers a perfect place to unwind or enjoy a meal outdoors.

Our home is conveniently located near some of Lubbock's top destinations, making it easy to explore. You'll be just a short drive from:
Texas Tech University
The Buddy Holly Center
Lubbock Lake Landmark
A variety of local dining and shopping hotspots
While having a car is recommended for optimal convenience in getting around, guests can also easily access transportation options such as Uber and Lyft during their stay.
Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.
Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.
No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.
Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
Parking: Driveway parking available and off-street parking as needed.
Pet Policy: No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine

Place was great but priced high for over the parent student weekend at Tech. Would have done a extra day but out of the budget.

Felt very safe and well taken care of in this nice space. Had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Easily accessed the neighborhood. Property owner was kind, friendly, and gave clear and easy instructions to follow. Very happy with our stay!

Great hospitality and hosting from Marisa, very friendly as well. Had a great time during my stay, clean and very well equipped house. Would definitely recommend stay here, is also very close to many places.

Pros: newer home located in quiet new neighborhood, comfortable beds, new furniture, good communication. Cons: bedrooms need ceiling fans or provide a fan in each room, bathrooms need more cleaning attention, shower heads were clogged with lime deposits and sprayed everywhere, pillows are wafer thin, no coffee pods, no toaster, no dishwasher pods, soap/shampoo/conditioner was coagulated in the dispensers. Overall a good stay and with a little bit more attention this place would be spectacular.

Had a wonderful stay, very clean and comfortable! Loved the fenced in yard my son was able to kick the soccer ball around.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the house is just as the pictures, if not better! I would definitely come back to stay here again!

We stayed here for the weekend of the George Strait concert. It was very easy to get to the campus area in less than 10 min. The house was just as it appeared in the pics. It was clean and cozy and we’d stay here again! The host was very responsive and helpful! The coffee set up was nice too!
