This spacious 3-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two king bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, and inviting living spaces designed for relaxation. Enjoy driveway and garage parking, along with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Whether you're visiting for business, a family getaway, or a weekend escape, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Welcome to The Legacy House! A 1960's family home lovingly restored through three generations, where vintage charm meets modern comfort.
Enjoy a spacious and thoughtfully designed home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The home includes two bedrooms with king beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds, making it a great option for families, friends, or business travelers. For a little extra fun, enjoy the mini golf area at the backyard perfect for friendly competition and making memories during your stay.
The living room offers comfortable seating for gathering together, while the kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom includes convenient access to its own bathroom, and the shared bathroom features a shower liner only and does not have a decorative shower curtain.
Guests are welcome to use the garage for parking; however, please note that the garage doors are manually operated. To open the garage, pull the release knob, lift the door manually, park your vehicle inside, and close the door manually when finished.
Fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use. Fires are not permitted in the fireplace.
The backyard features a mini golf area, perfect for friendly competition and making memories during your stay! Putters and golf balls are available for guest use. Please handle them with care and return all putters and golf balls to the back patio closet after use for safekeeping.
Please note that the water heater and water softener may occasionally make operational noises. These sounds are normal and do not affect the functionality of the home.
The entire house and garage are available to guests, with the exception of the locked cleaning closet and fireplace. HOWEVER, the garage door is manual and does not have an automatic opener. If you choose to use the garage, you will need to unlock it from the inside and manually lift and close the garage door.
I'm not available to meet in person, and prefer to communicate through the Airbnb App. (if you questions please contact me there).
Our home is located in a quiet Lubbock neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You're just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials. Texas Tech University, the Medical District, and downtown Lubbock are all within a 10–15 minute drive, making it an ideal home base for work, school, or exploring the city.

Texas Tech University, the Medical District, and downtown Lubbock are all just a short drive away, making it a great location for business trips, family visits, or extended stays.
Lubbock has limited public transportation, so having a vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay. The home features a private driveway with complimentary parking, and additional street parking is generally available in the neighborhood.
- Bookings by locals are strictly not allowed and will be canceled immediately upon confirmation.
- Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home (on the property) will result in a $150 dollar fine.

- Pet Policy: No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine

To help us remain a welcome part of the community, all guests must observe quiet hours, avoid excessive noise at all times, and understand that parties, events, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Failure to follow these rules may result in a $250 fine.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Legacy House! The home is located in a beautiful, older neighborhood that is very well kept. The 1960s home has been thoughtfully remodeled while still preserving some of its original character, giving it a charming, nostalgic feel. The décor was perfect for the age of the home. The little details and carefully chosen pieces made it feel like stepping back in time, without ever feeling outdated. Honestly, the pictures don’t do this home justice! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was easy. We also really appreciated having access to the garage when needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! ❤️
