Relax in the open-plan living area and gather around the cozy indoor fireplace on cooler evenings. The modern kitchen, complete with dark cabinetry and a large island, is fully equipped for your culinary adventures. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, perfect for sharing stories and good food.

Your group will sleep soundly upstairs, as there are no bedrooms or sleeping arrangements downstairs. Several bedrooms also feature dedicated workspaces with desks, ideal for remote work or study. Unwind in the master bathroom, which boasts a double vanity and a luxurious jetted hot tub for a spa-like experience.

Entertain with ease in our expansive game room, featuring a pool table for friendly competitions and a dedicated gaming corner for the kids. Step outside to your private patio, fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, and enjoy the fresh air in your own peaceful oasis. We are also happy to welcome your furry friends, as pets are allowed!

During your stay, you'll have access to the entirety of our spacious townhouse. This includes the living room, expansive game-room with a pool table, tranquil patio, and all bedrooms featuring queen-size memory foam mattresses. Whether you're unwinding indoors or enjoying the fresh air outside, the entire space is yours to enjoy.

The Chicago is located in the historic Overton neighborhood which borders downtown Lubbock and Texas Tech. This makes it incredibly convenient to walk to multiple great local hot spots along Broadway and University Avenue, You can also easily access the Marsha Sharp Freeway just North of the property that will get you to Southwest Lubbock in about 10 minutes. Due to the location of this property it is surrounded by student housing and apartment complexes.

The house is close to Marsha Sharp Freeway, University Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city. Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle as the area is very walkable and Broadway has a dedicated bike lane.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: Driveway parking available and in front of the house.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
