Step into the vibrant game room, where a bright orange pool table, classic arcade games, and fun life-size games await. The living area invites you to unwind by the cozy indoor fireplace or catch a movie on the smart TV. With a TV in each bedroom plus the living room, everyone has their own space for entertainment.

For your convenience, each bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a coffee station, has everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy them indoors or step outside to the covered patio, which features an outdoor dining area, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The large, fully fenced yard is perfect for your furry friends to run around, as pets are welcome here!

Guests will have full access to the home other than a small supply closet located right off the living room, and the garage, which will both remain locked.

The Charleston is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Broadway and the downtown Texas Tech Campus. You'll also be close to a variety of local restaurants and shops. Please note that the neighborhood is currently being revitalized, with some nearby houses undergoing remodeling.

Getting around is easy, with Texas Tech University, local hospitals, and shops just a 5-10 minute drive away. The property offers a long driveway for parking, with additional off-street parking available as needed.

Situated in a great location near Texas Tech and restaurants, it's worth noting that some of the houses are slowing being remodeled. Please make note of this before booking.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
