Experience a private getaway in this fully remodeled 1940s gem. With a beautiful open layout spanning 780 square feet, this guesthouse offers a perfect retreat just blocks from Texas Tech. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom.

The living area invites you to relax with its modern decor and comfortable seating. Your private amenities include a fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee station, a welcoming living room, a laundry room, and a dining area.

Step outside to your own patio, furnished with a grill and outdoor seating, creating the perfect spot for a BBQ. While the backyard is shared with the main house, you can enjoy the fun, old-time teeter-totter and a vibrant mural on the fence that adds a touch of nostalgia to your stay.

Guest access Guests will have full access to the home with no limitations.

This location can't be beat! The guesthouse is so close you can see Texas Tech from the street, making it a short and easy walk to the university campus. You are also just steps away from the popular shops, boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife on Broadway.

Please note that this is a neighborhood in transition. It's a fantastic area, but some of the surrounding houses are older and are being remodeled by investors.

With such a perfect location, walking is one of the best ways to get around. Stroll over to Broadway or the downtown Texas Tech Campus with ease. For those driving, you have access to a private driveway and ample off-street parking.

Situated in a fantastic area near Texas Tech and restaurants, it's worth noting that some of the houses in the neighborhood are older, and are routinely being purchased by investors for remodeling.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: Driveway parking available and off-street parking as needed.
