Step inside and make yourself at home in a space designed for your utmost comfort. The spacious living room, with its warm wooden flooring, is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorite shows on the 55" TV. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen features dark cabinets, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, which you can enjoy in the adjacent dining area. When it's time to rest, you'll find three cozy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, including a master suite with a king bed and two additional rooms with queen beds.
Step outside to the fenced backyard ideal spot for watching beautiful West Texas sunsets.

You will have private access to the entire home and backyard. The only exceptions are a few small, locked supply closets used for housekeeping.

Quiet Comfort is located in the new development of Bell Farms located in North East Lubbock. Minutes away, guests can find new grocery shops such as, United, Walmart, and H-E-B. Recreational activities like Grab Axxes, The Range, and Anytime Fitness are nearby favorites, along with local restaurants such as Harrigan's and Cook’s Garage.
Our home is conveniently located a short drive from many local attractions and necessities:

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.
Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.
No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.
Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
Parking: You will have access to a two-car garage, and free street parking is also available.

Pet Policy: No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine

The house is nice sized and pretty clean, but does not have sofa bed, as description stated and was needed for our 7th guest. There are very few eating utensils and only 5 coffee cups (not enough for 7 guests), not a single spice at all, not even salt/pepper, the pans are very small, not big enough for family prep (we had to buy a larger pan to use). There were some red solo cups to use and also paper towels, which was good. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of bedding and plenty of towels. The house is spacious, but approximately 15-20 mins from most things going on in Lubbock.

We stayed previously with Marisa at another Airbnb and that experience was wonderful. We had some hiccups but Marisa was prompt at replying to the messages and the handyman came the same day to fix the toilet and the door handle. The house was dirty- baseboards, spider webs, and bugs. I’m hopeful it was just because no one had recently stayed there. Kitchen was stocked with minimal pots and utensils. I was planning on cooking a few meals, but there wasn’t even any salt and pepper. Just know if you want to cook come prepared with all your own spices, spray oil, and pans etc. Ironing board is also broken.

Stayed here for over 5 weeks total while in the area for work and would definitely stay again if it’s available when back. Clean, spacious, comfortable, friendly hosts with good communication. Location was good for everything we needed. No issues at all and highly recommend

I stayed there for a month and a half. Felt like home, next time I’m in town, I will only stay at one of Marisa’s properties!

Would definitely recommend this home. Stayed for a couple weeks while in the area for work and would absolutely stay again if it’s available when back in Lubbock. House is clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen, good bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Close to everything we needed. Host was friendly, accommodating and answered messages quickly.
