What Our Guests Are Saying

  • Very communicative host

  • A great location, especially for game day!

  • My mom and I enjoyed our stay here. It is definitely an older house and the floorboards squeak quite loudly. If you’re a lighter sleeper, you won’t be sleeping through the night if someone in the house walks around (upstairs or on the main level). I was actually woken up by the upstairs resident’s alarm buzzing and could clearly hear their conversations above my bed. Made me feel like if I could hear them, they could hear us, which made it harder to feel like I could fully relax. If you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t mind the sounds, then this is still a great spot. The body wash/shampoo/conditioner pump in the shower was empty/broken (which was unfortunate because I forgot mine lol). The house was clean, free of clutter, easy to find, access, and Marisa was very welcoming. The location was super! Overall our stay was great, the house just needs some more TLC!

  • The place was ok. A bit dated with the furnishings and furniture. The base boards and walls need some love and fresh paint. Also it has older wooden floors which squeak very LOUD. There is a tenant that lives above the AirB&B and the floors did nothing but creak and squeak all night long. Overall, the place was a decent value for the price but definitely not a spot if you're there for work and need to be asleep early and up early, due to the floors and sound travel from the upstairs.

  • Great Stay!! Close to campus.

  • It was great! My college roommates and I made it back to lubbock for the first time since graduation and this home was perfect!

  • We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely stay here again!

  • Kann mir vorstellen diese Unterkunft nochmal zu buchen.
