Step inside and feel the warmth of this bright, updated home. The main living area, with its vaulted ceiling and cozy fireplace, is the perfect central hub for your group to gather. Unwind after a day of exploring with a movie on the 45” Roku TV, or find a quiet corner in the second living room for reading or conversation.

With two distinct dining areas, you'll have plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or catching up over coffee. The fully stocked kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a large island with a cooktop, inviting you to prepare your favorite meals. When it's time to rest, retreat to one of the 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms. With 3 full bathrooms, everyone will have the space they need to get ready for the day.

In the evening, gather in the private backyard around the fire pit for conversation under the stars.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet and garage.

Patsy Ann is located in a very safe, well established neighborhood. hospitals, grocery stores, shopping centers, and parks—everything you need is a short drive away.

Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Parking: free street parking is available.

Pet Policy: No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
