The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or gathering around the table for dinner.

When it’s time to relax, head to the backyard and enjoy the outdoor seating or unwind in the private hot tub. Inside, the fun continues with a dedicated movie theater room and a ping pong table located in the back of the home — perfect for a movie night, game night, or a little friendly competition.

The detached garage provides additional convenience, while the recently remodeled interior gives the home a fresh, comfortable feel throughout.

Guests will have full access to the home, except for the locked supply closets. Guests also have access to the garage for movies and games, code to the garage is the same as the guest entry code.

I'm not available to meet in person, and prefer to communicate through the Airbnb App. (if you questions please contact me there).

While having a car is recommended for optimal convenience in getting around, guests can also easily access transportation options such as Uber and Lyft during their stay.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Parking: Parking is available in the detached garage and driveway. Please keep the street clear and park only in designated areas. Do not block the garage or neighboring driveways.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
