Step inside and feel the calm of our minimalist design, where clean lines and an uncluttered environment create a peaceful and productive atmosphere. The living room, filled with natural light from large windows, invites you to relax on a comfortable sofa and watch a movie on the TV.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Whether you're brewing a fresh cup with the Keurig coffee machine, whipping up a smoothie in the blender, or preparing a full meal with the oven, you'll find everything you need. A dishwasher makes cleanup effortless.

When it's time to rest, retreat to one of two tranquil bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with soft, crisp linens for a restorative night's sleep. For families with little ones, a Pack 'n play is available. If you're looking for a relaxing evening in, you'll find a selection of board games for some classic fun.

For those traveling for work, the dedicated office area provides a desk and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can stay connected and productive. Two modern and thoughtfully designed bathrooms provide everything you need to refresh and unwind.

Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard offers a space to enjoy the fresh air or grill a casual dinner.

Guests will have full access to the home with no limitations.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Parking: 1 car can park in the garage and 2 cars can occupy the driveway.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. A $75 pet fee per pet applies. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
