Step inside this fully updated, single-level home and feel instantly at ease. The spacious living room, with its vaulted, beamed ceilings, offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 45” Roku TV for relaxing evenings. The comfy couches also provide additional sleeping space for larger groups.

The open-concept kitchen is a joy for any home chef, fully stocked for all your cooking needs. You'll appreciate the modern updates, new epoxy countertops, and a dedicated coffee bar to start your day right. Gather for meals in the dining area, which offers a welcoming space with a scenic view out the front window.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed for restful nights on the best mattresses. You'll find bedside lamps with USB charging ports and work-friendly desks for those needing to stay connected. Three bedrooms feature a queen or king-size bed, while the fourth, a converted patio, includes bunk beds and a sleeper sofa—perfect for kids or extra guests.

The two bathrooms are clean, updated, and stocked with all essential linens and toiletries. Outside, the spacious, fenced-in backyard is your private oasis, perfect for kids and your furry friends to play or for you to watch a stunning West Texas sunset.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet.

Hub City Hangout is located in a very safe, well established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1 mile away), dining, and entertainment. This house is a 10 minute drive to the SW corner of TTU campus.

Parking is hassle-free. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles in the front driveway, as well as free street parking. While the garage is available, it may not accommodate larger vehicles, so we recommend using it only in cases of inclement weather.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Parking: You will have access to a two-car garage, and free street parking is also available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
