Living Room

The open main living space immediately feels warm and welcoming with its high ceilings, dark-bladed ceiling fan, and rustic charm. Settle into the plush brown leather sofa or matching armchairs centered around a custom wooden coffee table and a TV mounted over the decorative stone fireplace.

Right off the living room, you’ll find a special cozy nook featuring built-in shelving stocked with board games, complete with a square table and comfortable leather armchairs. The ultimate spot for family game nights, cards, or friendly competition!

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, ice cube maker, and a high chair for little ones. Enjoy seating at the kitchen island barstools, the secondary dining nook, or gather at the round dining table with its modern chandelier and teal velvet chairs.

Bedrooms

The home features four comfortable bedrooms with accommodations for up to 10 guests. Each room provides a relaxing space to settle in and get a good night’s rest, whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended visit.

- Bedroom 1: Features a black metal canopy bed with leather accents, two leather club chairs, and a mounted TV.

- Bedroom 2: Offers a black metal canopy bed, a white tufted bench at the foot, and a cozy armchair by the window.

- Bedroom 3: Holds two beds with dark tufted headboards, olive throw blankets, and matching abstract art above each bed.

- Bedroom 4: Features a light wood daybed with a trundle underneath, grey and white pillows, and an attached walk-in closet.

Bathrooms

With three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready without having to wait. The bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home for easy access from the bedrooms and common areas.

Backyard

Step outside to enjoy the backyard, where guests can get some fresh air, relax, and spend time together. It’s a nice additional space to enjoy during your stay, especially when you want a break from being indoors.

While having a car is recommended for optimal convenience in getting around, guests can also easily access transportation options such as Uber and Lyft during their stay.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
