What Our Guests Are Saying
-
Place was great from our families needs! It does have a back house connected by a carport that also was rented out with the same address so while playing outside we were asked to help for directions for the other Tennant and uber eats when they were delivering food but other than that it was a great location with easy access in and out of neighborhood. Lots of natural light and space to play for kids. Close proximity to Texas Tech and many other lubbock staples. Host was extremely responsive and helpful during stay.
-
Nice and house to stay in. House was clean and comfortable
-
The rental wasn’t the most expensive or the least expensive at the time I booked. The rental price seemed higher than usual. I still gave 5 stars on price although all rentals are more expensive during Parents’ Weekend. It comes with the rental territory so I didn’t want the higher prices to hinder the properties rating. Kitchen was fully stocked and a clothes steamer was also available, which was needed during our stay. The interior is trendy and the beds were comfortable.

The house location was easy to get to, had plenty of towels, and very comfortable beds!
-
This place was ok but I wouldn't book it again. The neighborhood wasn't well kept, the air conditioning had difficulty keeping up with the Texas heat, stained towels and couch, and was not aware there was an adjacent dwelling attached by a car port without adequate parking. It was clean, well decorated and the host was great with communication.
