Welcome to our cozy and cute home, perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac! This single-level house offers a seamless blend of comfort and style, ideal for couples, families, or large groups.

The open-plan living area features two comfy sofas (which can double as extra beds for two) and a 55” Roku TV with Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a microwave, stove, oven, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. Enjoy your home-cooked meals or takeout at the large dining room table.

Rest easy in our three comfortable bedrooms, all featuring new mattresses, sheets, and pillows for a wonderful night's sleep.

Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed.

Third Bedroom: Two twin-sized beds.

Both full bathrooms are supplied with all the towels you will need for your stay, plus complimentary shampoo and body wash. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, while the master bath boasts a luxurious walk-in shower and a separate soaking bathtub.

For your convenience, the home includes fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the fenced-in backyard with fresh sod, a perfect spot to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.

The entire house is available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

Our home is located in a quiet South-East Lubbock neighborhood. You are just minutes away from several grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment options. The Texas Tech campus is only about a 12-minute drive away.

Cozy-Cul-de-sac is located close to the intersection of 98th and University. It is just East of the Wal-Mart in the Fox Ridge subdivision.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Parking is not very busy in this neighborhood, and the garage and driveway are private.

Self Check-In: Convenient self-check-in is available.

Local Guests: To help us prevent unauthorized parties and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we are unable to accept bookings from local residents at this time. All such bookings will be canceled upon confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside the home will result in a $150 fine.

Security: For your safety, 24/7 security cameras with recording devices are installed at the front door and on the top balcony.
